Cory Henry, Brooklyn, NY native, is telling everybody he is on his way. He is a two-time Grammy Award-winning keyboardist with musical roots in gospel, jazz and soul. His instrument of choice is the Hammond B-3 organ. Henry’s2016release and touring project, The Revival, features his dynamic and improvisational performances of music ranging from old gospel to Stevie Wonder.

Cory Henry and The Funk Apostles is his newest passion and project, comprised of five of the world’s best musicians, hand picked to bring his musical concepts to life. Cory is currently on tour with The Funk Apostles and has been featured on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon,” BBC’s Proms Quincy Jones Tribute, National Public Radio, and The New York TimesFacebook Live with Erykah Badu, among other media outlets.

His solo wizardry and charismatic nature have garnered millions of views via YouTube and other social platforms, giving birth to a rabid fan base excited for what’s to come. The upcoming self-titled Cory Henry and The Funk Apostles album exhibits his vocal talents and emphasizes the new sound and vibes he wants to innovate for the world to sing along with.“We are on our way. Critt's Juke Joint is a live Soulprovisational music experience that feature a revolving line-up of amazing musicians and guest appearances by legends like comedian Sinbad, drummer Bernard 'Pretty' Purdie, the Grammy Award winning guitarist/producer Eric Krasno and PFunk's Kim Manning to name a few!
The funky vibes of Critt's Juke Joint both preserves and evolves the seldom discussed 'Chitlin Circuit' sound that crafted American Pop Music as we know it now. Be prepared to dance!

Eric 'Critt' Crittenden is a multi-instrumentalist that has been wowing live music fans with his dynamic stage presence and skills for over 2 decades. Critt has had an amazing journey in music, recording with Grammy Award producer and Soulive guitarist, Eric Krasno and renown bassist Rob Wasserman on his first record, 'Blu'. He has also shared the stage with Bob Weir and Mickey Hart of The Grateful Dead, Michael Franti, Arrested Development and the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, to name a few.
His main 'gig' is bandleader for Critt's Juke Joint, but can also be found playing in several other projects such as with legendary comedian Sinbad, world beat band Outer Circle Orchestra, funk-n-roll band Tiger Chung Lee and the Jerry Garcia Band tribute ensemble, SoulRoach.
